Return and Refunds
7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy. From the day you receive your item, you have 7 days to request an exchange. To qualify, all merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags on, sales receipt, and original Malbus packaging. Please note that even lightly used items will not be eligible for an exchange.
Exchange Process
Exchanges generally take a few days to coordinate with our delivery partners, so please bear with us. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at info.malbus@gmail.com or call us at +92 51 8435119. We are available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. If we do not respond immediately, you can call back later or WhatsApp us at +92 308 1245023. Claims and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to be processed, though we will do our best to assist you as quickly as we can.
Damages and Issues
We do not do refunds unless an item you ordered via credit card goes out of stock or if you have received a damaged article. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can address and resolve the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Some items are not eligible for exchange. All accessories including Hijab Bands, Hijab Magnets, Hijab Pins, and Scrunchies are non-exchangeable.
Exceptions
Products on promotion or sale are not eligible for exchange. In case you purchase an item at its original price and it later goes on sale, you may only exchange the item against the new discounted price. Any product purchased from an outlet will not be eligible for exchange or return online.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered unless an item ordered via credit card is out of stock or if you have received a damaged article. In these specific cases, refunds are processed to the original payment method after we have inspected the item and approved the refund. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
